Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Conference Suite. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Conference Suite (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, members, and any other individuals who access the platform.

2. Description of Service

Conference Suite is a conference management platform designed for academic institutions and recurring event organizers. The Service provides tools for:

  • Creating and publishing submission forms for abstracts, session proposals, and general purposes
  • Collecting and managing member submissions
  • Administering multi-conference organizations with role-based access control
  • Coordinating member participation across conference cycles

3. Accounts and Access

Access to Conference Suite is by invitation only. Accounts are provisioned by platform administrators and are associated with an organization. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or offensive
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Content and Submissions

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, including abstracts, session proposals, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant Tunji Productions LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tunji Productions LLC. Our trademarks, service marks, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tunji Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify administrators via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
