2. Description of Service

Conference Suite is a conference management platform designed for academic institutions and recurring event organizers. The Service provides tools for:

• ▸Collecting and managing member submissions
• ▸Administering multi-conference organizations with role-based access control
• ▸Coordinating member participation across conference cycles

3. Accounts and Access

Access to Conference Suite is by invitation only. Accounts are provisioned by platform administrators and are associated with an organization. You are responsible for:

• ▸All activity that occurs under your account
• ▸Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• ▸Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tunji Productions LLC. Our trademarks, service marks, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tunji Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination
