We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of the Service.
Account Information
Name, email address, and organization affiliation provided during registration or account setup.
Submission Content
Abstracts, session proposals, and any other content you submit through conference forms, including any file uploads associated with your submissions.
Usage Data
Anonymous, aggregated behavioral analytics about how the platform is used — page views, feature interactions, and conversion events. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- ▸With organization administrators within your conference organization, to the extent necessary to run the conference
- ▸With service providers who assist us in operating the platform, under confidentiality obligations
- ▸When required by law, court order, or other governmental authority
- ▸In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and submission data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
